January 31-March 15: Wilder Alison‘s ( Studio Workspace Residency 2023) solo exhibition vent violet will be on view at Gaa Gallery in New York City.
Women’s Studio Workshop is hosting the traveling exhibition, A Radical Alteration: Women’s Studio Workshop as a Sustainable Model for Art Making, curated by Maymanah Farhat. We have extended the run of the exhibition and it will be on view at our campus from until February 2025 before it moves to National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, DC.

January 25th: The opening of New Voices at Abbatoir in Cleveland will include woven work by Jen P. Harris (Ora Schneider Residency Grant 2012). The exhibition focuses on four artist for which materiality is a central focus of their practice.

January 20-March 7: The NCC Communications Hall Gallery is hosting a solo exhibition of work by Amanda Thackray (Artist Book Residency Grant 2009). The work on display is inspired foraging she did during her East 40 residency at the college.

February 6: Scripps College is hosting an exhibition centered around the work of April Katz (Production Grant 2003). Scripps is one of our repositories, an academic institution that has pledged to collect all of WSW’s publications. The title of the show, Marking Time, is named after the artist book of the same name that Katz produced during her residency at WSW!
