New York
April 25: Join Sonya Blesofsky (Studio Residency in Malmö, Sweden, 2016) for her presentation Tracing History: Site as Source Material from 5-6 PM at the Neighborhood Print Studio as a part of her three-week residency with Midtown Kingston Arts District for Eco Arts Week. This event is free and open to the public.
Pennsylvania
April 24 – July 25: Come to the opening reception of America Today, convened by The Print Center, to celebrate the gathering of “contemporary artworks from mission-based printshops across the US, reflecting the state of American democracy on its 250th anniversary.” The exhibition features work by Alex Callender (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2025), Laurie Darby (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2024), Kimi Hanauer (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2019), Kate Horvat (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2019), KaKeART (WSW Founders Ann Kalmbach and Tatana Kellner), Sky Syzygy (Art-in-Ed Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2023), and Tona Wilson (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2010, Art-in-Ed Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2017, Studio Workspace Residency, 2019). The reception is Thursday, April 23rd from 5:30-7:30 PM. This event is free and open to the public.

Utah
March 31: If you missed Barbara Beisinghoff’s (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2009, Studio Workspace Residency, 2020) recent talk at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, you can find out more about her book, The Angel is My Watermark, in her recent interview with the University of Utah’s J. March 19 – July 11: Go see Laurie Darby’s (Artist’s Book Residency Grant, 2024) artist’s book Following Freedom in the exhibition From Stono to Now: The Fire This Time at the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art.

February 6 – July 12: Mikayla Patton (Studio Workspace Residency, 2024, BIMA Artist’s Book Residency Grant for Indigenous Artists, 2025) has work included in the group exhibition Paper Trails: Unfolding Indigenous Narratives at the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts in Santa Fe.
