This workshop will focus on the importance of art in public spaces and give participants the tools to transform any wall into a mural. During the week, we will discuss murals, street art and the history of graffiti to inspire the creation of a mural design. Working together as a team, we will create on paper and execute with paint on a wall, an original mural that will be exhibited for the entirety of the summer at Women’s Studio Workshop. Participants will leave with a full understanding of how to create a large scale permanent piece of art.

In order to reserve your space in the workshop, we require a deposit. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis, and you can read about our refund and cancellation policies here.
