Studio: Silkscreen
Tuition: Sliding Scale $350 – $1200

This course will guide you through designing and screen printing a patterned textile. Participants will learn how to design a repeat pattern by hand and translate it into screen printed yardage. Each participant will begin with their own visual interests, whether they be abstract, narrative, botanical, etc, and incorporate them into repeat patterns that have compositional balance and take advantage of screenprinting’s unique attributes. Participants can design one- or two-color patterns depending on the pacing that their design requires. Each participant will each create their own fabric, but will print them collaboratively in the studio.
In order to reserve your space in the class, we require a deposit. From the drop down menu below, please select your desired tuition level. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis, and you can read about our refund and cancellation policies here.
