Unfolding architecture

Unfolding Architecture is experienced through Gordon, a man who witnesses the city he lives in unfolding like paper. The unfolding of the buildings acts as a metaphor for the disappearance of a loved one through dementia, and the empty space that they leave behind. Unfolding Architecture is a screen-printed and letter-pressed accordion book. The book is housed in a handmade balsa wood box, which unfolds, mirroring the city in the story.
