Elena Sniezek, from Kingston, NY, shared the Ora Schneider residency with her partner and collaborator Emily Puthoff. Together they created a series of handmade paper legs that will become a part of a larger installation. Each leg was built using layers of very fine abaca and cotton pulp. When not working in the studio, Elena is a professional art educator.
