Susan Goldman came to WSW from Maryland to work in our etching studio on editioning prints that drew from her monoprint “multi-drop” technique. Her work draws from the forms of the female body and ancient vessels, and uses layers of transparent ink to build a luminous effect. Susan is currently a professor of printmaking and master printer for Navigation Press at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. She operates Lily Press in Rockville, MD.
