Sara Lynch makes functional sculptures that combine everyday objects with flora and fauna. She came to WSW from Potsdam to work in the ceramic studio. Her work at WSW was a riff on the ubiquitous lawn ornamental planters, common in the last century. Sara wants to encourage people to think about the food chain. While she was in residence Sara also helped make bowls for the annual Chili Bowl Fiesta.
