Brenna Johnson first came to WSW as a summer intern in 1998 and returned in 2005 as our first Art in Education Artist-in-Residence, teaching 85 fifth graders from Kingston Middle School. Brenna has taught at the Lower East Side Print Shop and coordinated education and community programming at Pyramid Atlantic Art Center. She holds an MFA from Rutgers University and an MS in Art Education and Women’s Studies. She teaches high school art in Massachusetts.
