Meg Ball

Meg Black (nŽe Ball) came to WSW from Syracuse as our first studio intern, working in papermaking and assisting in the print studios. Meg has gone on to become a practicing artist and educator, earning an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and a PhD in education from Lesley University. Her landscape and seascape “paintings” are made exclusively of paper pulp; no paint of any kind is added to the surface. She has taught extensively at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
