Lydia Stein came to WSW from Vermont, where she was a puppeteer with the Bread and Puppet Theatre. During her residency she taught silkscreen in our Hands on Art program and made a suite of colorful prints about her experiences as a 21st century feminist. She has BA from Brown University and has led community mural projects in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She lives and works in New Orleans.
