Hannah Berman received her BA from Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC, where she studied Printmaking and Fiber Arts. Her work reflects a yearning to slow down, start from the beginning, and actively participate in the process of things. Through silkscreen, textiles, and digital media, she explores relationships between family, memory, and place, while also grappling with larger issues surrounding fast food and fast fashion. When she’s not in the studio, she can be found running on the Rail Trail, admiring dinner tables, and planning her next fermentation project.
