Fran Kornfeld
Fran Kornfeld holds a BA from Brooklyn College and has studied at the Brooklyn Museum Art School and the Brooklyn College Graduate School. In recent years she has been working at Dieu Donne Papermill. Fran has presented her work in many solo and group exhibitions. She has served on the Board and Program Committee of Artists Talk On Art (ATOA) for over 20 years. Fran is currently Assistant Director of Holland Tunnel Gallery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. On a WSW fellowship (now Workspace Residency) in 1997, Fran experimented with layering pulp in stenciled format to create pulp paintings.
