Ellen Kucera is a sculptural artist interested in the histories told by the landscape. She first came to WSW from Iowa as a studio intern in 2000. She then returned to WSW in 2009 for an Art-in-Education fellowship (now Workspace Residency), working in the papermaking studio and teaching 5th graders. She holds an MFA in sculpture from SUNY New Paltz.
