Ann Kresge

Ann is a printmaker and bookartist. Her original prints and artists’ books are in museum, university and gallery collections around the world. Museums include Metropolitan Museum of Art, Getty Center, Victoria and Albert Museum, Chicago Art Institute, National Museum of Women in the Arts, Yale University and the US Library of Congress. She has been an Arts Instructor at Bard College, SUNY New Paltz and a Visiting Artist at Sarah Lawrence University, SUNY Oswego, and The University of Connecticut. Artist In Residencies include McDowell Colony, Ucross Foundation, Djerassi, Atelier 17 (Paris), Women’s Studio Workshop and Foundacion ‘ace (Buenos Aires). She teaches at the Bend Art Center, Salem Art Association and Sitka Center for the Arts. Her interart collaborations with musicians and dancers have toured in Mexico, China, Europe and the US. Ann has a BA in Studio Art from Smith College and an MFA in Printmaking from Pratt Institute, NYC.
