Sally Agee

Sally Agee has been making and exhibiting work in the New York City metropolitan area since the early 1980s. She came to WSW for a fellowship (now Workspace Residency) in the silkscreen studio, printing a calendar project for the year 1989. Sally’s practice includes bookworks, fiber art, and fabric collage; she is best known for her hooked rug ?paintings” that address gender politics and mass media. Sally holds a BFA from Syracuse University and currently lives and works in Brooklyn.
