Kirstin Demer came to WSW from Pennsylvania to be a studio intern. After her term ended, she stayed on as an AmeriCorps member to work on our ArtFarm, during which she developed a love of paper and fibers. Kirstin has since received her MFA in Interdisciplinary Book and Paper Arts from Columbia College. She now makes sculptural paper pieces and sells handmade books and journals as Green Trike Press.
