Bryn Sumner came to WSW from Iowa to be a studio intern. After her internship, Bryn remained in the Hudson Valley and continued to be involved at WSW, teaching in the art education program and working with the weekly clay study group.

Bryn holds a BFA in printmaking from the University of Iowa and completed the Tamarind Institute professional printer training program in Albuquerque, NM. She is now a studio monitor, contract printer and instructor at Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop in Manhattan.
