Aisha Harrison’s work consists of ceramic figures engaging in allegorical narratives. She is interested in how power and privilege are derived from race, class, and gender identity. Aisha spent five weeks in our ceramics studio, developing a series of sculpted clay heads. She received her MFA from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. Currently, she teaches at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.
