Leslie Roitman

Leslie Roitman (1954-2010) was a Massachusetts-based mixed media artist who came to WSW as an Artist’s Book Resident to produce The Solo Goose, a whimsical portfolio of images inspired by expressions of intimacy. Leslie earned both her BFA in ceramics and her MFA in printmaking at the State University of New York at New Paltz. Leslie taught art at Mount Ida College and Roger Williams University for many years, and exhibited her ceramics and works on paper in New York and Boston. Her work is included in both private and public collections, including the Boston Public Library Print Collection and the Worcester Art Museum.
