A native of Greece, Karmen Polydorou is a photographer and book artist whose work explores the dichotomies of reality and fantasy and childhood and adulthood. During her residency, Karmen created silver gelatin prints in diptychs and triptychs, experimenting with hand-coloring and double exposure techniques. She holds an MFA in Photography and Artists’ Books from the Visual Studies Workshop. She lives and works in Buffalo, NY.
