Elisabeth Tharandt came to WSW from Berlin on a fellowship (now Workspace Residency) to work in our darkroom. Elisabeth holds an MFA and a PhD from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and has studied art and art history at the Art Academy in Berlin and Braunschweig. Her research interests include the influence of women on the Bauhaus.
