Amani Rodriguez grew up in between Tijuana, Baja California and San Diego, California, and received a bachelor’s in Biology and Art at UC Santa Barbara, concentrating in ecology and printmaking. She has spent her quarantine working as a virtual intern for the Minnesota Center for Book Arts, farming, and making coffee for strangers. Her art centers around cross-cultural identity, memory, and connection to the land.
