Haymee Salas Vazquez is an artist and educator who came to WSW from NYC for a ceramics fellowship (now Workspace Residency). During her residency she explore her sculptural work examining the body as a container or vessel. Haymee studied art at the Cooper Union and received her MA and certification in art education from Columbia Teacher’s College. She is an art teacher at Millennium Art Academy in the Bronx.
