Carol Maxwell is a visual artist who built a self-guided art education through residencies, workshops, and mentorships. At WSW, she spent four weeks in our ceramics studio working with extremely thin slabs of clay and making ceramic objects mimicking paper ephemera. Carol holds a BA in art therapy from Evergreen State College and a post-bacc certificate from Meadows School of the Art. She lives in Philadelphia.
