Looking for new ways to glam up your work? In this 8-week course we will learn techniques such as brushwork, sgraffito, slip trailing, inlay, stencils, and more! Learn to create depth in your surfaces through group and individual demonstrations. Achieve that fresh new look with plenty of free time to work in class.

Lena Chin received her BFA in Ceramics from SUNY New Paltz in 2018. Chin is interested in the physical movement of surface and its interaction with illustration. She creates porcelain wares that promote intimate moments, rewarding the observant viewer with intricate details. She has exhibited at Samuel Dorsky Museum, Art Centro, and the Women’s Studio Workshop Gallery. She was born and maintains a studio practice in the Hudson Valley.
