We will explore methods of building collograph plates with various types of textures and materials, including silk aquatint and carborundum. Simultaneously, we will use drypoint techniques on plexiglass, creating images that will work together when inked and printed. Focus will be on different inking methods, including relief rolling and traditional wiping. The instructor will bring a large sampling of prints from the Oehme Graphics studio. Each day there will be one or two demonstrations and lots of one-on-one time with the instructor.
