Ceramics Registration and Cancellation Policies



Register for a ceramics class online. Students register on a first come, first serve basis and your spot in the class is only guaranteed once WSW has received your payment in full through the website.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt of payment.

Wait-listed? After a class is full, students will be placed on a wait-list in the order that registration has been received. If a space becomes available, wait-listed students will be notified.


If you cancel your registration prior to the start date of the class, we will refund your tuition balance, less the non-refundable $100 portion of the tuition (formerly, the deposit to hold your space in the class). If you cancel your registration after a class has begun, whether you were in attendance or not, you will lose your full tuition. Please note that membership dues are not refundable.

You may only transfer registration up to one week prior to your original class start date. If you cannot attend and do not notify WSW more than a week prior to the class, then the above cancellation policy goes into effect.

If WSW has to cancel a class for any reason, deposit and tuition will be refunded in full, or can be transferred to another workshop. Classes need a minimum of four students to run and students will be given one week’s notice if a class has been cancelled for under-enrollment.
