Women's Studio Workshop

Summer is here! and with the arrival of summer comes our annual Summer Arts Institute! There is still room left in many of our workshops, so take a look at the course catalogue and give us a call. We look forward to seeing you!

This summer WSW will also be offering a Tweens and Teens Summer Clay Camp. This week long workshop will be held July 21 - July 25 and will provide students with an opportunity to experience clay in super fun ways!

Women's Studio Workshop is a visual arts organization with specialized studios in printmaking, hand papermaking, ceramics, letterpress printing, photography, and book arts. Artists are invited to work at WSW as a part of our Fellowship Program, Artists' Books Grants, Residencies, Internships, or to learn new skills in our Summer Arts Institute and community workshop series.

Our mission is to operate and maintain an artists' workspace that encourages the voice and vision of individual women artists, to provide professional opportunities for artists, and to promote programs designed to stimulate public involvement, awareness, and support for the visual arts.

We welcome you to browse through our site to learn more about our programs, explore our Artists' Books Archive, or view the work of some of the artists who have worked with us over the past 30 years.
