Taryn McMahon

Taryn McMahon combines print on paper and Mylar with sculpture, building installations that synthesize natural and manmade structures. As a Geraldine R. Dodge Resident, she came to WSW from New Jersey to work in our silkscreen studio, exploring abstracted cellular imagery. Taryn is the recipient of several fully funded residencies and awards, including the Southern Graphics Council International Graduate Fellowship. She received an MA and MFA from the University of Iowa and currently teaches printmaking and foundations at Kent State University.
