Jill Parisi

Jill Parisi is a Hudson Valley-based print artist who uses her prints to create ecosystems based on biological and botanical forms. She was awarded a WSW Studio Residency to combine intaglio techniques on delicate, handmade papers to be transformed into installations and environments. Jill holds an MFA in Printmaking from the State University of New York at New Paltz, where she is on the printmaking faculty. She is the recipient of many awards and honors, including a fellowship from New York Foundation for the Arts and a commission from the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and has exhibited her work internationally.
