WSW offers residencies to two New Jersey artists annually,
funded by the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation. The
grant provides artists with time and resources
to create a new body of work in any of our studios.
Printmakers, papermakers, photographers, book
artists, and ceramic artists are invited to apply.
Each six- to eight-week residency includes a $2,000
to $3,000 artist's stipend, $150 for travel costs,
a materials budget of $750, housing and use
of WSW's studios. WSW provides technical advice,
guidance, and assistance in production. WSW welcomes
applications from emerging artists. These residencies
are available May-June and October-December 2007,
and January-March, May and June 2008.
Artists must be New Jersey residents to apply for
this special grant.
